This policy describes how Smohix PRI (pri.smohix.run) handles information. It is not a certification of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide at sign-in, usage events needed to operate the product, and content you submit in Private Chat or related tools. Conversation history may be stored in your browser and, when signed in, synced to your account metadata for session continuity.
How we use data
Data powers authentication, private chat routing, workspace preferences, retention preferences, and reliability. We do not sell personal data. Product analytics occur only when you allow them in Data Controls.
Model processing
Chat requests are sent through the routing path configured for this deployment (private routed hub, standard cloud path, or a local model endpoint when configured). Those paths may process prompts on infrastructure outside this browser. Smohix PRI does not claim end-to-end encryption of message content or that prompts never leave your network unless a local endpoint is configured and operational.
Retention and deletion
Project retention preferences control how long conversation data is kept in this product. You can export or clear conversations from Data Controls. Organization-wide administration belongs in Smohix Platform where applicable.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting privacy@smohix.run.
Updates
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the product or email.
